The Academic Secretariat.
The Academic Secretariat of CCHS is responsible of following the academic process of the students, from his entry through his graduation. Besides that, it performs the graduation, dispatch registry certificates, of link and course conclusion, process the course conclusion and dispatch transference guides of students.
The academic secretariat servers work from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, on weekdays, on rotational shifts.
Pre-scheduled dates for graduation on CCHS (It is necessary to call in advance to the SESAC\CCHS for booking):
Documents for second copy of degree.
1 – National ID card
2 – Social Security Document
3 – Birth or marriage certificate
4 – Police report of steal or lost of degree or damaged degree
5 – Payment receipt of the printed GRU on UFMS’ website, on the value of R$ 50,00 (Fifty reais)
6 – Bring the above listed documents to SECAC/CCHS and fill in the solicitation requirement, the delivery time varies from 3 to 6 months.
